We Dream in Black is the NDWA organizing arm devoted to shifting the narrative about Black domestic workers across home care, childcare and house cleaning sectors, while developing the leadership of our base and raising the floor in the care industry through political action. Monday Night Live is a monthly event where Black domestic workers come together in a safe space and discuss Black history, ways to build community, and upcoming actions in the domestic worker movement.
