The Fund Excluded Workers Coalition which we are a member of, is hosting a virtual campaign update and forum highlighting partners who are leading respective excluded worker initiatives in other states across the country. We’re calling our allies and champions to join us for this important conversation on the national shift to create long-term solutions and repair the holes in our social safety net.  We’re also excited to partner publicly for the first time with representatives from Colorado and California who are leading similar efforts to pass a permanent excluded worker unemployment program. We’ll share lessons learned from this past year, speak to our connectedness in this national struggle, and the urgency to act NOW to ensure that excluded workers are included in the social safety net regardless of a crisis. 

Building on the historic $2.1 billion Excluded Worker Fund win in New York State that delivered emergency relief to thousands of New Yorkers, we are calling on you to help us pass Excluded No More - legislation that would create a permanent alternative unemployment program for excluded workers for the first-time ever in New York.
