For more than a year, excluded workers across the state fought for financial assistance, even risking their lives in a 23-day hunger strike. After eighteen months of this pandemic, workers excluded from unemployment insurance and federal assistance related to COVID finally WON !! But, the funds were not enough to cover the needs of all, that is why now we are fighting again for a new Fund, that is a second round of aid and relief for hundreds of workers and their families who could not apply in the first round. Now, more than ever we need your help to unite in this fight and demand more funds for thousands of workers who are still suffering the ravages of the pandemic, you can join the Workers' Fund Committee; with your leadership, we are sure that we can win once again.
