Join us and the #Coverage4All Coalition for a virtual lobbying day to demand health coverage for all New Yorkers, regardless of immigration status!
Currently 154,000 New Yorkers cannot enroll in health insurance because of their immigration status.
New York policymakers can change that by enacting A880/S1572 and creating a state-funded Essential Plan for ALL New Yorkers, up to 200% of the poverty level, regardless of immigration status.

Governor Hochul released her official executive budget proposal last week, and she left out one key item—healthcare for immigrant New Yorkers. Despite all they’ve given as essential workers to keep our state open for business, low-income immigrants cannot access the health coverage they need to stay healthy and secure.
We are calling on Governor Hochul to make health care equitable and accessible for all. Where the federal government is failing, New York must rise up and ensure that we can all recover from this pandemic and rebuild together.
Coverage4All is our campaign to provide statewide health insurance for New Yorkers who are excluded from health coverage because of their immigration status. Through this program, New York would cover tens of thousands of immigrants who call our state home.
